Tamica Sturgess has a professional clinical background as a physiotherapist and has worked in healthcare for over 20 years.  Her experience extends across clinical, project management, quality improvement and managerial roles and she previously held the positions of Head of Profession, Physiotherapy at Monash Health and Executive Officer, Connect4Health.  Tamica is passionate about health and wellbeing outcomes for members of the community and has a Master of Physiotherapy (Research) with multiple publications in peer reviewed journals.  She also holds a Diploma of Project Management and has led numerous organisation and state-wide projects.  She joined Neurological Rehabilitation Group in 2023 and brings expertise from public health, government and community sectors.
