Serene completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand in 2020. After graduation, she worked as a musculoskeletal physio with elite athletes, weekend warriors and the general public to reach their rehab and performance goals. In 2023, Serene moved to Melbourne and gained experience in the neuro-disability space and discovered an interest in neurological rehabilitation. She has a particular interest in stroke, spinal cord injuries, concussion rehab, return to sport/running and musculoskeletal injuries/conditions. Serene's career experience offers a unique perspective and approach to neurorehabilitation. She utilises a multimodal approach of strength and conditioning, functional movement training and evidence-based care to help her patients move and feel better.
