By filling in our referral form the following information is sent to us; your name, contact details, condition, and funding source as well as your referrers name and their contact information. This information is sent to us via email and stored on our comprehensive secure computer system. NRG is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
A member of our team will triage the information and be in touch with you to arrange an appointment. Once an appointment is booked, we will upload your information to our secure clinical practice software program. If you choose not to follow through with the service, your details will be deleted from all our systems.
NRG may contact you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to telephone, email, SMS or mail. We will not contact you besides that of engaging you in the clinical service and will not forward your information onto any third party without consent.
