MEG SYMINGTON


Meg graduated from James Cook University in 2013 and has worked in both public and private hospital settings in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. She pursued a passion for neurological rehabilitation at Epworth Healthcare across acute and rehabilitation settings, working with the acquired brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury and multiple sclerosis population. Meg holds postgraduate qualifications in the Bobath Concept and High-Level Mobility and is in the final stages of completing a Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation (Neurological) through Flinders University. Meg's clinical interests include running retraining in the neurological population, spasticity management and exercise in progressive neurological disorders. She is also the coordinator of NRG’s student program, currently undertaking a research scholarship alongside a team from the University of Melbourne and is passionate about research and quality improvement.
