Georgia is a Clinical Physiotherapist who graduated in 2003 from La Trobe University, where she had a keen interest in Neurological conditions. After completing two years in a rotating position at Western Health, she continued to develop her neurological skills in both the acute and rehabilitation settings in Melbourne and abroad. She worked in London in various settings, including 4 years at the Wellington Hospital in Neurological Rehabilitation, gaining extensive and invaluable experience alongside practice principal Katie Davies. On returning home, Georgia began working for the Neurological Rehabilitation Group in 2014 and has completed professional development in Complex Posture and seating prescription, Clinical Pilates in the Neurological Population, Parkinson’s Disease ( PD Warrior), High Level Mobility in the Neurological Client, Vestibular Assessment and Rehabilitation and the management of Persistent Post Concussion Symptoms. She has completed regular and ongoing upskilling in the Bobath Concept. Georgia leads the posture and seating clinic at NRG, a service that provides comprehensive postural assessment, through to prescription of wheelchairs and seating.
